In the blog "She's the Boss" authored by WhateverShesays he wrote about how in his Female-led relationship certain expecatations of him have evolved where his Wife is concerned.
Today i had a similar experience and thought it worth a brief note.
My Wife and i were eating some very hot buffalo wings at KFC for lunch. Mid-way through the meal my Wife said to me "My pepsi is empty and needs refilled." i presumed that to be a request for me to get up and get Her a refill and was going to do so after i finished eating a rather large bite that i had put in my mouth. As i was finishing it and a few seconds after She had made the request, She said "I'm really glad your enjoying savoring that bite." i could tell by the tone of Her voice that She was upset that i hadn't got up immeidately to get Her a refill so i leaped up while still finishing off my own bite and quickly went and got it for Her.
When i returned She smiled but said nothing and we finished our meal. Nothing needed to be said however as what had just happened said it all. My Wife now has the expecatation of me that i will wait on Her hand and foot and also expects from me prompt service in doing so. Such are the expectations generally of a helpmate husband in a Wife led home.
